On Friday we held a mufti day to raise money for the people affected by the Haiti earthquake.
Well done to everyone who made the effort to dress up in an International Costume. Thanks also to Father Eric for donating a fishing rod to be raffled.
We raised over $200 which is a fantastic effort for our school.

Swimming daily 1.00 until the end of Week 4
On Tuesday 16th February John Simpson came to talk to the students about bike safety
and bike maintenance. He showed the students how to change a tyre, adjust seat and
suspension and explained how bike gears work. It was a very informative and interesting
talk.
Room 4 has been busy discussing Ash Wednesday and Lent in preparation for mass tomorrow.
We decided to choose individual penances to observe over Lent.

Remember to bring your swimming togs from Monday to Friday for swimming. Lets hope the weather sorts itself out so we can swim, lots! This Thursday the High School are going to try again for their swimming sports, so no swimming for us.
